RETURNS
Soft Goods/Head Wear
– Refunds are eligible if item(s) are shipped back within 14 business days of receiving them.
– Items must be unwashed, and with no signs of wear (fragrance, hair, deodorant marks, etc).
“Extras” Items
– Refunds are eligible if the items are unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Holsters
– Holsters come with a lifetime warranty for any normal wear or defects, but are not eligible for return or refund.
Medical
– Medical supplies are not eligible for return or refund
Events/Classes
– Refunds are eligible up to 2 weeks before the class date.
EXCHANGES
Soft Goods/Head Wear
– Exchanges for equal value items are eligible if item(s) are shipped back within 14 business days of receiving them.
– Items must be unwashed, and with no signs of wear (fragrance, hair, deodorant marks, etc).
“Extras” Items
– Exchanges for equal value items are eligible if returned items are unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Holsters
– Holsters are not eligible for exchange as every holster is custom made to order to your selection.
Medical
– Medical supplies are not eligible for exchange
Events/Classes
– We cannot exchange classes at this time. If you would like to switch to a different class (and it is more than 2 weeks until the class date) we can issue a refund and you can re-enroll for the desired class.
We do not issue a refund for shipping costs, as the carrier has already rendered their services. If an item shows it is “delivered” and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to inquire about the package. We are unable to file a claim for “delivered” packages, but will do our best to assist if the carrier is unwilling.
“Priority Mail Shipping” is the only service that comes with insurance and claims can be filed on.
Returns/Exchanges are only eligible for US orders, they are not eligible for international orders.
Please fill out the form linked below and include it in your package mailed back. Once received we will email you a new order confirmation with the exchange, or a receipt of refund if all items are eligible.
